MoonForge

Terms & risks

Please read this before launching or buying a token. Using MoonForge means you accept these terms. Last updated: 4 October 2026.

The short version

  • You use your own wallet. We never hold your money and cannot reverse transactions.
  • Tokens are created by users, not by MoonForge. We do not check or guarantee them.
  • You can lose all the money you put into a token. Only use money you can afford to lose.
  • Every token must have a real purpose and must never promise profits.
  • We can hide tokens and messages that break these rules.

1.What MoonForge is

MoonForge is a website that lets you launch and trade tokens on the Solana blockchain. It is an interface to public programs that MoonForge does not own or control: Meteora's Dynamic Bonding Curve (for new tokens) and Meteora DAMM v2 (for graduated tokens).

Every action is a transaction you sign yourself, with your own wallet. MoonForge never holds your funds or your keys, and cannot cancel, reverse or refund a transaction once it is on the blockchain.

2.Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to accept these terms.

Do not use MoonForge if it is not allowed where you live, or if you are subject to sanctions. You are responsible for following the laws of your country, including tax rules.

3.Tokens are created by users

Anyone can create a token. MoonForge does not create, endorse, audit or verify tokens, their creators, or what they say. A token's name, image, category and purpose are written by its creator.

Nothing on MoonForge is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. A token appearing on the site, in a listing, in the Moon Race or in a social media post is not a recommendation.

4.Risks

Buying tokens is highly risky. Prices can fall to zero within minutes, and most new tokens lose most or all of their value. A token reaching graduation is never guaranteed.

A token's purpose is a promise from its creator, not a guarantee. Creators may fail to deliver what they describe.

Copycat tokens can use the same name and image as a real one. Always check the contract address from the official links of the project.

Automated trading programs (bots) operate on every public blockchain and may trade any token, including right after launch.

Smart contracts, the Solana network, RPC providers and wallets can have bugs or outages. Transactions can fail or be delayed.

Only use money you can afford to lose entirely. Never use money meant for rent, food, bills or debts, and never borrow to buy tokens.

5.Rules for token creators

Every token must say what it is for: a community, a creator, a project or a cause. Tokens that exist only for hype or gambling are not allowed.

Do not promise profits, returns, dividends or price targets, and do not present a token as an investment, a share in a company, a loan, or a claim on anyone's revenue.

You must own the rights to the name and image you use. Do not impersonate real people, brands, projects or other tokens.

No illegal, hateful, violent or sexual content, and nothing designed to deceive.

Do not manipulate the market: no fake trading volume, no coordinated pump-and-dump, and do not mislead the people who support your token.

6.Rules for everyone

Do not use the site to defraud, harass or spam others, and do not try to attack, overload or misuse the website.

Messages in token chats are public. Be respectful. MoonForge may remove messages that break these rules.

Profiles are public: your display name, bio, pixel avatar, who you follow and who follows you. Do not use a name that impersonates someone else.

Private messages are only possible between friends (wallets that follow each other). You can block anyone at any time. MoonForge staff will never message you first and will never ask for your seed phrase, your private key or a signature.

7.Moderation

MoonForge may hide tokens, remove chat messages, updates and polls, and reset display names, bios and avatars at any time, for example when they break these rules. Hiding a token removes it from listings but cannot remove it from the blockchain: it can still be traded, and its page shows a warning.

8.Fees

Launching a token is free; you only pay Solana network costs (around 0.02-0.03 SOL of account rent).

Trades on the bonding curve pay a trading fee of 1%. During the first 60 seconds after a launch, the anti-sniper shield raises it: it starts at 50% and decreases to 1% within 60 seconds. The creator's own first buy, made in the launch transaction, pays 1%.

The trading fee is split: 20% to Meteora (the protocol), 24% to the token creator and 56% to MoonForge.

When a token graduates, a 2% graduation fee is taken from the SOL raised, shared 50/50 between MoonForge and the creator; Meteora also charges a small protocol fee. The liquidity then moves to a Meteora pool where it is locked forever, and that pool charges its own trading fee, shared between MoonForge and the creator.

Every transaction also pays Solana network fees.

9.Your data

Blockchains are public: your wallet address and your transactions can be seen by anyone, forever. Supporter cards and the Forge Sky show public blockchain facts (which wallets support a token, since when) together with your streaks.

MoonForge has no accounts or passwords. We keep the wallet address you sign in with, the chat messages, updates and polls you post, your votes, your daily flame check-ins (stokes), your profile (name, bio, avatar), who you follow and block, your private messages, and technical logs (including IP addresses, kept for a short time for security and abuse prevention). Token images and descriptions are stored on IPFS, which is public and permanent.

We use a single cookie to keep you signed in. We rely on service providers to run the website: hosting, Cloudflare (security and delivery), Helius (blockchain access, which your browser also connects to) and Pinata (IPFS storage). If you use AI Forge, the idea you type is sent to our AI provider to generate suggestions.

Private messages are stored on our server so they can be delivered; they are not end-to-end encrypted. We do not read them, except when needed to investigate abuse reported to us or when the law requires it.

10.No warranty

MoonForge is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the operators of MoonForge are not liable for any loss of funds, profits or data arising from your use of the website, of the blockchain programs it connects to, or of any token.

11.Changes

These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. By using MoonForge, you accept the version in force at that time.
